Cancellation Policy

All classes are non-refundable. Classes may be rescheduled or canceled for credit under "Upcoming Bookings" in your account up to 3 hours before the class start time. Late arrivals are not guaranteed and will only be permitted up to 5 minutes past the class start time if additional staff is available. No shows and late arrivals after this time are subject to a fee of $15.
